It was fairly clean and the stuff where accommodating and outstandingly accommodating, beds were exceptionally comfortable. I appreciated the lounge area. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Willow Hill Golf Course was great. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a fairly nice area.

We appreciated rooms with 1 king bed. The location was suburban, perfect in quiet area. Moreover, it was near to O'Hare airport and Northbrook and dining options and Whole Foods.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a really really nice stay on a business trip. They gave us good sized room with 1 king bed. The hotel was in the suburban setting in the Chicago area. And we were near to local church and reception and many restaurants and even shopping and dining options.

No complaints whatsoever, thank you very much for a very nice stay. The place is wonderful and has best possible location in the Chicago area. Hotel provides outstanding meals. New-fashioned and beautifully maintained rooms with 2 double beds are accompanied by excellent service. The staff is very amiable, that's an advantage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extraordinary - the front desk was so courteous and helpful, the bartender was friendly and efficient, and the waiters in the restaurant were excellent. The housekeepers were also prompt, courteous, and efficient. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was close to both the Edens and the toll road, making it easily accessible and less congested. There were also many restaurants and shopping options nearby. The breakfast in the 5th floor lounge was delicious, and I was impressed that even the eggs were hot, no matter what time I arrived to eat.

I was upgraded to a well-appointed and well-maintained room with 2 double beds. The location of the hotel was best possible, in quiet area.

Lovely stay at Sheraton. Room was clean and comfortable with a spacious desk area for work. Enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Connections Restaurant. Free parking was a plus. I recommend this hotel.
